  Been doing business with Matt for about 10 yrs. Recently purchased my first road bike from him, a Masi Alare. Started to have issues with the front disc brake every time I reinstalled the front wheel. Matt took the time to make sure I knew how to adjust the brake, but it got to be very annoying. Matt went to bat for me with Masi. They didn't have an explanation for my problem. Matt took it upon himself to come up with a solution, and didn't charge me a cent for his time or the replacement brake. Terrific customer service.

  Best bike shop around! Honest hardworking and great prices. I own a small business too and I know that when you look at the ridiculous bad reviews that people thoughtlessly write it makes all the hardwork and time you spend building a buisness seem not worth all the effort. Matt is great at what he does. I hope that anyone looking at all these reviews don't pay attention to the negative ones. You won't find a better bike shop around believe me I tried all of them.
